Sambhaav Trust is a non-profit working since 1999 to restore and conserve water, land, forest and natural ecosystems, in collaboration with local rural and urban communities across western India.

Set against the shifting landscapes of the Thar Desert, this film follows Sambhaav’s long-term work with agricultural and pastoral communities in Western Rajasthan. Through reviving traditional water systems and restoring community landscapes, it shows how people adapt and thrive in one of India’s most fragile regions—a story of resilience, stewardship, and hope shaped by water and local knowledge.
