COMMUNICATIONS AND TRAINING

Communication and training are integral to our work, fostering shared understanding and practical skills in ecological and food systems. Capacity-building activities target a diverse range of individuals, including farmers—through training sessions, exposure visits, and hands-on learning about organic farming, native seeds, and market and seed fair surveys.

Our internal team also participates in specialized trainings, covering areas such as audiovisual documentation, agroecological principles, and crop characterization. The knowledge gained is then shared with communities on the ground. Research and documentation efforts have resulted in the development of various multimedia materials, which are disseminated through community WhatsApp groups, social media, and other platforms to maximise outreach.

Our learning process emphasizes participation, observation, dialogue, and reflection, with a strong focus on storytelling, presentations, and the exchange of field experiences to build deeper connections and understanding.we trying to build and how
